Volunteer Application

Critical areas of the clinic are in constant demand of volunteers. Whether you have skills in the medical/dental profession, or you have skills in other areas and would like to volunteer to help people in need in our community, we welcome you.

The form goes directly to the Volunteer Coordiator and is completely confidential. If you prefer, you may come in and complete an application in person.

Students: We are no longer able to accept shadows or required community hours unless we are already have a contract with your school, program or professor. Please contact the volunteer coordinator to see if you apply. Thank you.

If you are a patient or if you are under 18 years old we cannot accept you as a volunteer. For more information on volunteering or requirements please contact the clinic. The service of any volunteer is accepted at the discretion of the organization.
