4th Annual Golf Outing

This is the 4th Annual Golf Outing for Matthew 25 Health and Care. Join us for a day of golf, fun, prizes and catered lunch! All proceeds from the outing go to provide medical, dental, vision and mental health services to low-income adults with no insurance. You can help others get back to health, get back to work, and get back to taking care of their families!

Matthew 25 is supported solely by donations from individuals, churches, businesses, grants from foundations, and our annual golf outing event. Matthew 25 receives no government funding.

Golf Outing Registration Includes:

• 18 Holes of Golf
• Cart Rental
• Catered Lunch
• Range Balls
• 2 Drink Tickets (cash bar available to purchase additional beverages)

INCLEMENT WEATHER -- In the event of inclement weather, Matthew 25 will work with the Chestnut Hills golf pro to determine if the golf outing will proceed as schedule, follow an alternate schedule or be cancelled. If it is determined that the golf outing should be cut short or cancelled, there will be no rainout date. All scores and prizes will be handled accordingly, and all registration fees will be donated to Matthew 25 Health and Care to provide vulnerable populations with medical, dental, vision, and mental health care.

REFUNDS -- If you need to cancel your registration and would like a refund, please call 260-222-8777 by September 1, 2023. There will be no refunds granted after September 1, 2023. In the event that the golf outing is cut short or cancelled due to inclement weather, all registration fees will be donated to patient care. Eventbrite ticket fees are non-refundable.
