Nurse
Duties
RN and LPN will be assessing patients by administering nursing care to the ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, by performing clinical tests, assisting physicians, carrying out orders, and dispensing medications both oral Im and subcutaneous. Nurses may also need to develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Nurses may educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide education related to their specific case. It is the Nurses duty to ensure he or she is licensed all of the time.
Qualifications
Must have Indiana license without restrictions to practice nursing. Bi or multilingual is a plus but not mandatory. Must have basic computer skills, physical assessments, vital signs, follow provider orders. Having your TB Certification is a plus. Must be able to perform CLIA waived test such as urinalysis, strep test, HCG, EKG, and spironmetry. Other skills need include effective communication/people skills, conflict resolution,active learning/listening, time management, persuasion, and complex problem solving. Applicant must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
