Phone Operator

Duties

The Phone Operator will direct the communication flow of Matthew 25 by assisting our patients with appointment requests, patient information, and patient inquiries by transferring them to the correct extension within our phone system. Incorrectly dialed numbers or bad connections will be handled professionally and serviced as best as possible. The Phone Operator may have to handle emergency calls from adults and children by referring them to 911. May also have to assist children or people with physical/mental disabilities by transferring them to the proper extension.
