Matthew 25 has unveiled a new name and new logo as part of an extensive rebranding initiative. At the heart of the rebrand is a name change. Instead of Matthew 25 Health and Dental Clinic, the organization will do business as Matthew 25 Health and Care.

“The name was changed to better reflect our expertise and range of services, which have expanded in recent years,” explained CEO, Michelle Creager. The organization may have a new look and a new name but the mission, vision, and values have not changed. “We uphold the same commitment to care that has been the hallmark of our work.”

Matthew 25 worked with Brand Innovation Group who conducted brand surveys. The research showed that while Matthew 25 had a fair amount of name recognition in the community, there was some misunderstanding about the kind of services that are provided. Everything completed by the initiative was in response to that research. With the repositioned brand and launch of the new website, the organization hopes to expand community support and outline service offerings in a fresh way.

Matthew 25 is the only center in Allen County that is open full-time and provides medical, dental, vision, mental health care, and medication at no cost to patients. Matthew 25 serves low-income, uninsured adults in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. In the last fiscal year, the center served over 27,000 patient visits by a team of 32 employees and 480 volunteers. The nonprofit receives no government monies and relies entirely on gifts from individuals, organizations, and corporations, as well as grants from foundations.
